Lagarias & Boulter, L.L.P.

News
Lagarias & Boulter, L.L.P. is a commerce oriented law firm providing counsel and trial advocacy to businesses and individuals throughout California. Founded in 1996 as The Legal Solutions Group L.L.P. by Peter C. Lagarias, the firm has earned a reputation as one of California's leading franchise litigation firms. Robert S. Boulter joined the firm as a partner in 2002.

As a consequence of the years of combined and varied experience of our attorneys, the firm is well-qualified to handle a broad spectrum of legal issues. The firm seeks to reach case appropriate legal solutions through the use of negotiation and litigation. When necessary, we prosecute appeals to protect our clients' interests. Legal assistants and the latest computerized research tools support our team and give us the resources to successfully handle large, complex legal matters on par with much larger law firms.

In today's business and legal climate, access to experienced lawyers is essential when legal disputes arise. Our lawyers advise clients with timely answers and effective representation in many areas of the law including the following:

  • Franchise, dealer, and distributor relationships and disputes

  • Business disputes

  • Unfair competition, fraud, and statutory violations

  • Employment disputes

  • Breach of contract

  • Securities broker litigation

We seek to handle each case efficiently during evaluation, preparation, negotiation, and resolution, whether by informal means or through trial. While we cannot and do not guarantee outcomes, one of the most important exercises we undertake is the pre-litigation evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of each case. This analysis gives the client and lawyer a better understanding of the case, and allows them to make sound decisions going forward.

References are available upon request. Fee arrangements are negotiable depending on the volume and complexity of cases. For further information or to refer a matter to us for handling, please contact Robert Boulter.
